You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. JK8Asia will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify JK8Asia immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
The JK8Asia platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation of the platform's content, games, odds data, or any other proprietary information is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of JK8Asia.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are adequate to access the JK8Asia platform. JK8Asia does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or connectivity failures on your end.
All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the JK8Asia system. In cases where a manifest error — such as a software malfunction, incorrect odds published in error, or a data feed failure — affects the outcome of a wager, JK8Asia reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account. JK8Asia's decision in such matters is final and binding.
JK8Asia accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or its cryptocurrency equivalent at the prevailing real-time exchange rate.
Deposits made via Malaysian bank transfer, FPX, and e-wallet channels are typically credited to the Member's account within five minutes. JK8Asia does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently. JK8Asia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed to the Member's registered Malaysian bank account within five minutes on average. JK8Asia does not deduct platform fees from withdrawal amounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts may be held pending completion of KYC review. JK8Asia reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal.
All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity on the JK8Asia platform are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the real-time exchange rate prevailing at the moment of receipt. JK8Asia is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards offered by JK8Asia are subject to wagering requirements and any additional conditions specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to a Member's account must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier and any game restrictions applicable to a specific bonus are detailed in the promotion's terms at the time of offer. JK8Asia reserves the right to amend wagering requirements on future promotions with reasonable notice.
JK8Asia actively monitors Member accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, systematically exploiting low-edge games to complete wagering requirements, or withdrawing funds immediately following bonus claim without genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is identified, JK8Asia reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings without prior notice.
Participation in the JK8Asia VIP loyalty programme, including tier advancement from Bronze through to Royal Black Diamond, is subject to the programme's terms as published on the platform. JK8Asia reserves the right to modify tier structures, cashback rates, and reward values with reasonable notice to affected Members.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JK8Asia platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content appearing on the JK8Asia platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, and sound recordings, is the intellectual property of JK8Asia or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of JK8Asia.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JK8Asia platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JK8Asia, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the JK8Asia platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial or reputational loss.
JK8Asia's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JK8Asia makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the platform. Access to JK8Asia may be disrupted from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
JK8Asia reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if JK8Asia has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if account suspension is required for compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Members may close their JK8Asia account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of a Member's account, all licences granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of the account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to JK8Asia's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through JK8Asia's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Malaysian Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary across jurisdictions and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the JK8Asia platform is lawful in their location. JK8Asia does not provide legal advice in this respect.
JK8Asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JK8Asia will endeavour to notify Members by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of the updated Terms document.
Continued use of the JK8Asia platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure via live chat.
